Shadow on the moon is a bright neon green filled with pink/gold/green shifting sparkly shimmer, inspired by Oogie Boogie and originally released as part of the 'This is Halloween' 2020 collection . You can layer this one over a white creme such as Opacity to make it really pop!
Opaque in approx 3 coats.

Like happiness in a bottle Verified Purchase
Bought this one on a whim and was not sure that something this bright would work with my skintone but was intrigued by the pink cast to it in certain lights. It was the unexpected highlight of the order. I put it on right away and absolutely love it. It is a really "in your face" kind of a colour but that's not always a bad thing. It certainly cheered me up when wearing it and the pink cast is gorgeous.
