🌻Sunflower petal essence🌻

As usual with all prism polishes, this one is perfection in a bottle. I can imagine it being amazing for fall but I just tried it for the first time at the start of May and it’s such a gorgeous flash of sunshine. It just makes me think of sunflowers and mangoes. I know it’s “just polish” but it honestly makes me happy, I’ve been so blue over the winter and I need the little things, ok? 😅 I painted my nails late last night and since I woke up I’ve been noticing this colour everywhere from flowers, to the wrapping paper my incense order came in, to my husband’s childhood teddy - to add even more delight to my day. Thankyouthankyou Prism and Suzie for making something so special!

Wow!

My first non mainstream brand and I have to be honest and say I wasn’t sure when I first put in as I found it a thicker formula than I’m used to. But it levelled out nicely and was TOTALLY opaque in 2 coats for me. I’m heavy on my nails but this lasted 4 whole days on me before the tips starting wearing lightly (and I only last 2 days maximum with mainstream brands before they chip or lift). I flipping love these mustard/egg yolk shades and once it was on I couldn’t stop looking at my nails as they just made me smile like the Cheshire Cat. I’ve promised myself the large bottle once I’ve finished the dinky …. unless the FOMO hits big time!

I pondered hard about this colour as it's not something I would have normally worn but I bought this back in May and just love the colour. It makes me feel happy and smiley when I wear it! The consistency is good, not too thin, not too thick and flows on the nail beautifully. I did need three coats to satisfactorily cover my vln. Lovely and glossy and wears really well - buy it :)
